This blog post is a little late...with Spring cleaning, a treasured guest, and recovery from all the activity, here it is - finally!!
I set this theme with the idea of blending St. Patrick's Day with breastfeeding. What do we need if we have a twiddler...a Lucky Charm to keep the fingers busy instead of driving you up a wall!!
If you haven't had a twiddler, consider yourself blessed! I didn't have one until Otter came along. She likes to keep her free hand occupied by twiddling...you guessed it...the nipple she isn't nursing from. It is enough to drive me crazy!
Here are some of the things we have used, as well as some images of things that might work to distract your Sweet Pea by keeping their free hand occupied...goodness only knows that you may need "something" in the near future...there are no guarantees. You can see that even though I was wearing my trusty Chewbeads in the picture (above), it made no difference that day!
Enjoy these images, and be sure to check out this month's Babywearing Theme: A Kiss for Luck over on our Sweet Pea Families blog. I will be announcing the March submission contest winners tomorrow!
